BeaverFlow Project
Projects from idea to done
IT projects that live in standalone project management tools develop a gap: the project plan shows green, but the operational teams managing the affected infrastructure are working from different information, approving changes on a different timeline, and discovering conflicts the week before go-live.
BeaverFlow Project keeps IT initiatives on the same platform as the services and infrastructure they affect. Projects are linked to CIs, change requests, release plans, and risk register items — not isolated in a separate tool that nobody from operations looks at.
The portfolio view gives IT management and steering committees a single-screen summary of every active initiative: status, RAG rating, budget consumption, owner, and key upcoming milestones. Project updates stop living in individual status emails and start living in a shared source of truth.
Kanban task management works at the execution level where Gantt charts are too coarse. Teams assign work to individuals, set sprint boundaries, label tasks by type, and track completion at the task level without losing sight of milestone dependencies at the project level.
Project risk management connects to the CSI risk register, so operational risks identified during project execution flow into the organisational risk view — not into a separate spreadsheet that is reviewed once at project close.
