Pricing
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on your maturity tier (Starter, Growth, or Enterprise), deployment model (Cloud Shared, Cloud Dedicated, or On-Premise), and team size. Volume discounts apply automatically as your team grows. Annual billing provides additional savings compared to monthly. Platform
Is BeaverFlow available on-premise or cloud only?
Both. BeaverFlow is available as Cloud Shared, Cloud Dedicated, or a fully self-hosted On-Premise installation. The feature set is identical across all deployment models — choose what fits your security and infrastructure requirements.
What clients and platforms are supported?
BeaverFlow provides a full web application that works in any modern browser, plus native desktop clients for Windows and Linux. Mobile apps for iOS and Android are included in all paid plans, so engineers can handle tickets, approve changes and check dashboards from any device.
Which integrations are available?
BeaverFlow connects via REST API, webhooks and pre-built connectors to monitoring tools, Active Directory, LDAP, email and popular communication platforms. A full connector catalogue is available in the documentation.
Enterprise
Can I manage multiple companies under one subscription?
Yes. The Enterprise (L3) plan supports multi-tenant mode, allowing you to manage several independent companies or business units within a single subscription. Each company gets its own isolated workspace, service catalogue, and CMDB, while sharing the same platform instance. This makes BeaverFlow ideal for managed service providers and holding structures.
Can multiple teams or departments use BeaverFlow?
Absolutely. BeaverFlow supports multi-team environments with role-based access, separate service catalogues per department and shared CMDB — making it ideal for shared service centres.

Is BeaverFlow compliant with ITIL 4?
Yes. BeaverFlow is designed around ITIL 4 practices and the Service Value System. Each product maps to specific ITIL practices, and the platform supports the four dimensions model out of the box.
Support
What support is included?
All plans include email support. Growth adds priority support with a 4-hour response SLA. Enterprise includes a dedicated customer success manager and 24/7 critical incident support.
How long does implementation take?
The Foundation phase (ticketing + SLA) takes 4–6 weeks. Full ITIL adoption across all 5 phases typically takes 10–12 months, following our structured implementation roadmap.
